Delivery Policy

All orders over R450 will be delivered free to all major centres in South Africa.  Delivery to outlying areas may incur an additional delivery fee or arrangements may apply. Our customer care will advise you before sending if this is the case.


heelsonline.co.za shall endeavour to have all orders delivered within 5 to 7 working days of the order being placed.  Delivery to outlying areas may take a few days longer.  The delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

SIZING CHART

To ensure our customers order the correct size we recommend you to use the SIZE CHART provided to choose the correct size.  We will not be held responsible for incorrect sizes ordered.

RETURNS POLICY

Need to return something?  Not a problem.  Kindly read our Returns Policy outlined below. Thereafter send your Return Request to info@heelsonline.co.za 

 

A sales Invoice is to be present with all returned products.
 
Regular-priced products purchased online and delivered within South Africa can be returned at your cost by submitting a Return Request via the online store, within 7 days from delivery of the product to you.


Please ensure that the item(s) is in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached.


Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.


No refunds on sale or promotional products.


All returns will be refunded in the same manner in which payment was made by you. 
 
Returning defective product(s):


Within 30 days of delivery of a product to you, you find that the product is faulty, or not legal or reasonably durable (based on the circumstances and product type) (“defective”), please send your Return Request to info@heelsonline.co.za as soon as possible to notify us thereof.


heelsonline.co.za may request pictures of the defective product and may request such product from you so that it can be inspected by the heelsonline.co.za If the product is subsequently found to indeed be defective, you are entitled to either:

  • be refunded, or
  • have the product repaired or replaced at heelsonline.co.za’s  expense (the decision between repairing or replacing being that of heelsonline.co.za depending on availability and other relevant circumstances, and in this regard you acknowledge that Sale/ On Special products will usually only be able to be repaired).

If the product is found NOT to be defective and is commercially acceptable, you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having had such product returned to heelsonline.co.za and then redelivered to you.


A product is NOT defective and you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund under the general warranty above if:

  • The faults/damage are a result of normal wear and tear or worn out in the ordinary course of use;
  • Damage arising from incorrect usage of the product;
  • The item has a reasonable amount of manufacturing or production imperfections but is acceptable in accordance with the generally accepted commercial practices.
  • Where the goods have been wilfully damaged or have been damaged by gross negligence by the customer.
